Description

HYDRUS 2 is a static meter that operates using ultrasonic measurement technology. This technology enables accurate calculation of hot and cold water consumption with long-term stability and eliminates measurement deviations caused by sand, suspended particles, or air bubbles. In addition, it does not require any grounding.

Developed within the framework of the MID, it complies with European regulations and has health certificates of conformity (ACS, WRAS, BELGAQUA, DM174 and others).

The meter is also designed for hot and cold water. The integrated communication function allows data to be supplied to the meter via mobile reading (walk-by/drive-by/passive drive-by) or fixed network (update without on-site configuration). Meter body variants:

Cold water meters come with an epoxy coated cast iron body as standard. Short ISO length variants can optionally be manufactured with a stainless steel body.

Long length ISO meters with diameters up to DN 100 can optionally come with rotating flanges.

Hot water meters are always supplied with a stainless steel body (EN 1.4408, AISI 316).
